Guidelines:
- Application July 15th - September 15th, 2023.
- Artists older than 16 years old may participate regardless of their nationality.
- All art pieces will become part of the archive of the Festival on YouTube and could be used in future festivals, with no commercial ends, and as a part of the event.
- The selected art pieces will be announced to the authors via email and on the festival’s website.
- Videos must be sent through a downloadable link.
- Videos must not exceed 10 minutes long.
