Guidelines:
– Application: wait for the link on July 15th!
– Artists older than 16 years old may participate regardless of their nationality.
– All art pieces will become part of the archive of the Festival on YouTube and could be used in future festivals, with no commercial ends, and as part of the event.
– The selected art pieces will be announced to the authors via email and on the festival’s website.
– Videos must be sent through a downloadable link.
– Videos must not exceed 10 minutes long.
